Welcome to Saguaro Canyon Student Ministry.

The Bible reveals an epic truth that God is always at work around us. He is always at work changing lives and changing the world. God invites us to join Him. He invites us to be a part of the adventure, the journey. God’s requirements include faith, life change, trusting, and obeying Him.

 

We at SCC Youth realize that this is no small task. The life that God challenges us to live is hard and can’t be done alone. Our desire at Saguaro Canyon is to come alongside you. We can’t do it for you, but we can help you discover what God's purposes are for your life.

"...but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect..." 1 Peter 3:15

Here, students will be challenged and taught with truth according to the Bible. They will be challenged to see and understand God through several examples written about in scripture.

​

Our hope and prayer is that every student has an opportunity to learn more of the character of God, His purpose for young lives, our need for a Savior, and the importance of Jesus and his work on the cross. It also imperative that each student be equipped to share and defend their faith in a culture that is often times hostile to the things of God.                                         

 

SCC Youth meets Sundays at 6:00 pm       

                                        

A time to have fun, worship, reflect, connect, and learn from God’s Word.

 

A typical night looks something like this:
 

6:00–Hangout/Snacks
6:10–Group Building Activity/Game
6:30–Message
6:45–Community/Discussion Groups
7:15–Wrap up/ Announcements
7:30–Dismiss / Hangout until parents come
